Filtering naturally through layers of silt, clay, and alluvium, Aava reaches confined underground aquifers found within a protected ecosystem. Shielded from pollution and enriched with essential natural minerals, electrolytes, and a naturally alkaline pH of 8.

OUR BOTTLING FACILITY
Aava is bottled at a fully automated form-fill-seal facility, certified under ISO 22000:2018, 9001:2015, 14001:2015, HACCP, FSSAI, and IS 13428. Every step from bottling to sealing is untouched by human hands.
In-House Blow Molding
Sterile, BPA-free PET preforms are blow-molded in-house on Sidel automation at 12,000 BPH. The result is our award-winning bottle: ultra-light yet strong, engineered to use less plastic and 100% recyclable.
Sterile Filtration Process
Aava is naturally and originally bacteria-free. It is then filtered through six stages: Pressure Sand Filtration removes turbidity, Micron Cartridge units capture suspended solids, and Absolute Filtration eliminates any trace microbes, if present.
ISO-Certified Sterile Clean Room
Inside our ISO-certified sterile clean room, pharma-grade automation handles filling, capping, sealing, and packaging. The controlled environment preserves Aava's naturally alkaline pH 8 mineral composition.
Two BIS-Certified In-House Labs
Our two BIS-certified in-house labs run 28+ microbiological and chemical tests daily. 56 NABL-accredited tests every 10 days, plus 1,000+ third-party NABL lab reports over 20 years, verify Aava's naturally alkaline pH 8 mineral composition.
No Reverse Osmosis
Naturally mineral-rich and contaminant-free at source. RO strips minerals, wastes 75% water, and is prohibited under IS 13428.
No Ozonization
Microbiologically stable at source. Ozone only extends shelf life when water isn't.
No Ionization
Born alkaline at pH 8 from a 20-year underground mineral journey. No artificial alkalisation needed.
No Carbon Filtration
Drawn from protected, confined aquifers. No chlorine or organic contaminants to remove.
